Jason Lipsky – Owner of ARS Productions, Lipsky is a leading service provider for events in

the Fox Cities and beyond. From staging and sound equipment to booking and consultation,

Lipsky has been key to a variety of successful events including the Fox Cities Experience music

festival in Menasha. Lipsky also owns Appleton Rock School and Green Bay Rock School, two

premier music education programs that offer lessons across a range of instruments.

John Dougherty – Owner of Welcome Place Productions, Dougherty and his expert team

provides full sound, lighting and backline services for concerts and events across Wisconsin.

Welcome Place offers state-of-the-art equipment and experienced sound professionals to

ensure exceptional quality for events of all sizes. Dougherty also works for Life! Promotions and

serves as director of Lifest, one of the nation’s largest Christian music festivals.

Zoy Begos – Owner of ZandR Entertainment, LLC, Begos is a trusted provider of booking and

promotional services across Southeast Wisconsin. Begos, a former president of the Wisconsin

Area Music Industry, brings a wealth of experience and vast relationships to create a perfect fit

between performers and venues. ZandR books both original and cover bands for a variety of

venues as well as major events, including Milwaukee’s Bastille Days.

Jim Collar – A marketing and public relations professional, Collar has more than two decades

of media and communications experience. His engagement skills and strategic approach helps

to ensure event messaging resonates with its audience. From compelling promotional content to

managing media relations and social media, Collar can handle all aspects of event

communication with precision and creativity.

Tracie Polomis – A professional in logistics, Polomis brings key organizational and

interpersonal skills to her role as VIP Hospitality Manager for Wisconsin Entertainment Group

events. From planning to follow-through, Polomis is adept at creating exclusive and elevated

experiences for performers, sponsors and other key stakeholders. Polomis is also skilled at

volunteer coordination when planning and executing nonprofit or community functions.

McGyver Barnes – With more than a decade of restaurant and business experience, Barnes

creates delicious dining experiences featuring great variety as food manager for Wisconsin

Entertainment Group events. Barnes brings a wealth of vendor relationships to the role. From

snack options to entrees and decadent desserts, Barnes is able to coordinate and create robust

food programs that appeal to all segments of your diverse audiences.
